Who is responsible
Viraaj Automates is a brand of Nexoraa. Nexoraa is the data controller (the "data fiduciary" under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for information sent through this website. Contact: viraaj.automates@gmail.com, Mumbai, India.
What this website collects
This website has no accounts, no advertising and no analytics or tracking cookies. Its fonts and scripts are served from this website itself, not from third parties.
The free-check field on the home page writes your business name into a WhatsApp message on your own device. It reaches me only when you press send in WhatsApp; this website keeps nothing.
The site is hosted on GitHub Pages. Like any web host, GitHub may log technical data such as your IP address when you load a page; see GitHub's own privacy statement.
When you get in touch
If you email me or message me on WhatsApp, I receive what you choose to send: usually your name, phone number or email address, your business name and your message. I use it only to reply to you, to prepare the free check you asked for, or to discuss work together. A message started from a button on this site ends with a short tag in brackets, such as "(hero)" or "(footer)", so I can tell which button was used; you can see it, and delete it, before you send.
- Email is handled by Google (Gmail).
- WhatsApp messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta).
I don't sell your information or share it with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
Riya, on my clients' websites
When someone messages Riya on a business's website, the request is saved in that business's own Google Sheet and inbox. To reply, messages pass through the AI service and the automation server I run. Both act as processors: they handle the messages only to write Riya's reply and pass the request on. Riya never gives a diagnosis or fees.
The business decides what happens to those requests. To see, correct or delete one, contact the business, or email me and I'll pass it on.
The demo clinic
Smile Dental, the clinic shown in the screenshots and video on this site, is a demo I built. Every name, phone number and booking in them is sample data.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry messages for as long as needed to reply and follow up, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the information I hold about you, or withdraw your consent, by emailing viraaj.automates@gmail.com. If you are not satisfied with my reply, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.
